Following your request, you will be sent a quotation outlining several options that meet your requirements. Your dedicated Operation Manager will discuss these options with you and help you choose the right option for you.
Booking
Once you have made your decision, you will receive a confirmation form to be signed and returned. At FCI the price our charter consultants quote is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges.
Your Charter Brief
Your Operation Manager will put together a Brief, outlining your itinerary and details for the trip: from directions to the terminal - to details of the crew and other services.
Takeoff
Your dedicated Operation Manager will follow every step of your journey to ensure everything runs smoothly so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy your flight.
Post Flight Report
Following your flight, a report will be sent to you detailing the actual departure and arrival times as well as the in-flight services included.
