Yes, we only use aircraft from trustworthy operators.

Can you guarantee that the helicopter is clean and tidy?
Yes, all aircraft charters arrange by FCI involve helicopters cleaned to the highest standards inside and out.
If the helicopter breaks down does FCI send me another?
In the unlikely event that your helicopter breaks down, our operation manager will source another.
Are there any Heli Pads that FCI cannot fly to?
All flights are subject to landing slots and availability. Military airports will have obvious restrictions.
Are helicopter quicker than commercial airlines ie will the flight be shorter?
This all depends on aircraft size and type, time will always be saved through the lack of waiting in queues, check ins etc.
If I fly to an airport outside of the Nepal do I go through customs?
Yes
How do I get from the Helicopter to my hotel?
FCI can arrange transfers to and from the helipad, be it via air or land.
How do I find my helicopter on the return flight?
Your operation manager will provide complete details for all stages of your trip.
Can I add another passenger (helicopter size allowing)?
You can add additional passengers but, you must inform your FCI operation manager of any and all changes to the passenger manifest prior to departure.
Can I smoke?
No
Avoid long lines at Security in major airports—in fact, avoid the security process all together! – is this true in and outside Nepal?
The terminals for private aircraft have a much more streamlined security process. You cannot avoid it altogether but you will get through in half the time it would take for a scheduled service flight.
